As VP Sales of the recently created Spanish subsidiary, I signed the first deal with Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya, which asked to optimize the train drivers shifts for its railway network.
2002 - 2007In charge of the management of the Spanish subsidiary, of coordinating the 55 employees, reporting to our HQ in London and sales. Since I joined Antenna Spain, we multiplied income 5 fold.
2001 - 2008WOX provides companies with financial information on their competitors (benchmarking), clients (solvency) or providers.
Analysis tools developped by WOX enable us to write very detailed reports for our clients.
I most particularly worked on the sales and marketing side of the business (cold calling, direct marketing, etc).
Since I left Antenna Audio, I developed the line of market research and Sales strategy consulting for multinationals interested in introducing themselves in the Spanish market. Recent references: Affinion International, Agis-Consulting, AXA, EFMA, Eurodecision.
1994 - 2001SPB specializes in designing and managing custom made insurance products that piggy bank on retail baking products. Ex: theft of credit cards, of the mobile phone, credit insurance (in case of death, unemployment, divorce, etc).
I set up the Spanish subsidiary, hired and trained the team and won the first deals with Diners Club, Banco Santander, BCH, Banesto, Caja Madrid, BNP España, etc.
1989 - 1994Carte Bleue Visa handles for its member banks the marketing of payment systems, both for cardholders and accepting merchants.
In my position as product manager for the Visa Premier gold card, I pushed the sale of this high contribution margin product for our member banks.
