As a member of the Carrefour’s Information System headquarter team (Direction des Systèmes d’Information Group), my duty was the functional management and deployment of Carrefour’s Collaborative platform, running with the software eRoom, developed by Documentum.

Collaborative tool: software designed to help people involved in a common task achieve their goals. Collaborative software is the basis for computer supported cooperative work.
*** Mission ***
- Project management: functional analysis, needs assessment, evolution of the product, consulting, training on the tool, monitoring of the collaborative spaces. I worked on several projects such as Supply Chain, Travel Management, Financial Security Law (Sarbanes-Oxley law), migration of the solution…
- Evolution of the tool: redaction of specification documents, management of the external improvement, test and deployment of the new functionalities, training, user management (from 1500 in October 2004 up to 5000 in October 2005).
- Audit of the solution: generation of statistics, evaluation of other collaborative solutions, security analysis of the product.
- Centralization of the information: coordination of the teams implied on the tool: Functional team, Production Team and Network and Communication Team.
