Project: “Asistencia Técnica para la Transición del Aeropuerto de Madrid-Barajas” (Technical Assistance to help the airport manage the new infrastructures that are being built)

Functions:
- Operational procedures definition to be in use in the future Airport Management Center (CGA)
- Airport managing process re-engineering
- Design and implementation of PROCMAD: Windows application to edit and consult in real time any procedure involved in any area of the airport

For TELEFONICA:
"Centro de Atención al Cliente – Grandes Clientes": project control with MARTE methodology, SLA's and contract managing

For Construplaza, directing these projects:
- "Marketplace Construplaza.com": building and maintenance
- "Integración CIC": JDEdwards migration from AS400 to Windows 2000.

For CEMEX Spain:
Client fidelising environment: design, implementation and integration with company's back-office

For TELEFONICA I+D:
"SGT" (Traffic management system for telefonica networks) as a Testing engineer about traffic flow controls in several technologies, specifying interconnections and giving client support to solve problems, technical certification of any software version to be installed, administration of data bases and servers

For TELEFONICA Data:
"Red IP" as a project manager in charge of patching implantation team

For DIRECCIÓN GENERAL DE TRÁFICO:

Several traffic control systems: design, implementation, maintenance, problem solving.
