Managed, organized and deployed an 8 months national training program for 4000 end users to be trained on newly implemented software for a major French utilities group.
Managed fixed price projects with a success rate of 100% and a completion cost 2% to 5% lower than the forecasted one.

Prepared answers to requests for tender and participated to negotiations, closing 7 of the 8 fixed priced projects I have worked on.
Participated to the setting up of the partnership between Devoteam and a major client after having managed a series of 3 projects for this client in only 1 year.
