From January 2004 until May 2007, I worked as Dealer Services Support. I was mainly in charge of the Parts, Accesories and General Merchandise administration. I would deal with our dealer network and do the follow up of their orders. I would also attend the 2 conventions organized for H-D's worlwide dealers each year, in the United States and was in charge of setting up and helping dealers in reaching their targets. When a new dealer opened I would advise them with their first clothing assortment. One of my tasks was to support the marketing team in promoting Harley-Davidson clothing and general Merchandising, leading to a bigger presence and recognition of H-D to the general public.
From May 07 until now, I've been in the Motorcycles and Sales Administration. I currently coordinate the sending of bikes from our warehouse to our dealer network and follow up their orders with the production department. I also deal with the forecasting and reporting to the Country Manager and District Managers. I contribute in achieving the dealers and consequently the country's sales targets by analysing the dealers' stock, future production and needs in order to find the appopriate product on a timely manner.
1999 - 2004Onex was an importer and distributor company specialized in the motorcycle segment. Onex was the official importer and distributor for the legendary Harley-Davidson manufacturer.
I would be in charge of the sales administration: selling and issuing invoices and title documents. Controlling the introduction of Retail Sales and Warranty Registration(measurement for reaching targets). I contributed significantly in reducing the lead time between a bike was sent to a dealer and the bike was registered under a customer name.
As a marketing assistant, I would help in organizing events to the press, such as bike presentations. I also would translate into Spanish the catalogues every new Model Year.
