I bring considerable experience to the team; almost 5 years of HR specialism in support of achieving organizational HR goals, contributing to business units and staff development. I provide support on a wide range of human resources initiatives (Change management improvement, Compensation and benefits, Best practices, ensure compliance with applicable legislation,…)
Main responsibilities:
-Develop and implement Human Resources policies and procedures.
-Compensation & benefits: expats and relocation packages, bonus, benefits administration (health insurance, childcare vouchers,…)
-Assistance to the management on HR internal and external regulations.
-Deliver training to management on how to successfully comply with internal policies and procedures.
-Design and coordinate the annual training plan for all employees according to the different Business needs.
-Manage various administrative tasks within the department (payroll, sick leave, benefits, redundancy pay,)
-Coordinate the hiring process for all departments.
-Preparation and organization of all new employee inductions.
