Margarida Romero is an e-learning and life long learning specilist, within a double profile as researcher and practicioner. For the last 8 years she was a project manager in national and international elearning and life long learning projects (ITIN informatics school in Paris, USAM Management University in the Benin Republic, Educational Ministery of Algeria,... ). In addition to her professional work she is a part-time lecturer at Universitat Ramon Llull, Limoges University, IUP Nîmes and CNAM.
Member of the most representative educational European associations (EARLI, EDEN,...), she has the responsibility to create synergic relations among Ouak.net and other educational technologies European companies and research centers.
In 2007, she wins the 3rd price on Technology Transfert in EU Network of Excellence Kaleidoscope. 2007. Berlin, Germany. In 2006, she shares ex-aequo the Artificial Intelligence French Association Award (Prix de l’Association Française d’Intelligence Artificielle) for a communication claiming the need to introduce a metacognitive support into elearning systems.
