- Prepare the annual expense budget hotel and sales forecasts for submission and approval by the owners and the general manager.
- Development of the Marketing Plan according to the general marketing policy of the company.
- Definition and presentation of the investment and replacement plan and general maintenance policies to ensure a good operation and image of facilities, equipment, etc.
- Reception and personal attention to those guests who are important to the hotel or for other reasons.
- Constant analysis of the environment, markets, competition and program measures.
- Implementation of the environmental plan and policies defined for the hotel.
- Attention to the public or private ceremonies on behalf of the hotel.
- Establishing and developing financial and economic policies for better management of the resources.
- Evaluation of the work and general conduct of employees and approval of sanctions, promotions, incentives or recognitions.
- Establishment and measure the quality control rooms, restaurant, spa and general maintenance.
- Assumption of a high level of responsibility and leadership in the planning, allocation, assignment and control of the work by all staff for which I was responsible.
