2009 - 2010Currently in an expansion phase, Cátenon set up a new operations platform in Pune, India, which objective is to give service to the new business development offices at global level.
I am responsible for recruiting, training, coordinating and supervising the new team in India, as well as manage and supervise the operations of the office at international level.
My functions include:
- Selection and recruitment of the new team of International Consultants;
- Adapted training according to the seniority level of each of the professionals (both on HR/executive search and internal methodology);
- Assignation and coordination of the international searches that have to be conducted globally;
- Supervision and follow-up of the operations to ensure the quality standards of Cátenon;
- Permanent contact with the internal/external client to guarantee fluent communication and high service level.
2006 - 2009Worldwide executive search activities for a wide variety of clients in different sectors (eg: IT, telecos, finance, FMCG, industry) but with a special focus on new technologies.
I am responsible for the complete execution of recruitment processes from search strategy to final selection for multinational clients both locally and globally (eg: Spain, France, USA, Morocco, Mexico, Hungary, Serbia, Dubai).
My functions include:
- Briefing and definition of client necessities;
- Definition of job descriptions;
- Elaboration of search strategy maps (target companies, market analysis, direct search, etc.);
