2008 - 2009The successful recruitment of different profiles to various industries, collaborating with the direct manager in a fast-paced environment and the successful negotiations with clients were the main achievements, as a junior consultant.
Responsibilities
• Negotiated with clients at Iberian level, increasing client’s portfolio.
• Elaborated job advertisements and sector newsletters.
• Interviewed qualified candidates to open position and manager the process from approval through to successful integration into the clients’ company.
• Implemented strategies to source qualified and diverse candidates to meet position requirements from different pool (advertisement, database, headhunting and networking).
• Interviewed and selected candidates to different sectors: IT, retail, FMCG, Consumer Electronics.
2007 - 2008The main achievement, as a trainee psychologist, was the development of an excel training tool to analyse training needs and training efficacy, which was presented in the BP’s HR planning of 2008, to Portugal, Spain and Italy.
