I´m working in Eurostars Hoteles since 2004. I began as Sales Executive, then Director of Sales for Spain and now I´m working as International Sales Director, with a team of 13 people in N. York, Mexico, Argentinien and Europe. I studied Hotel Managment and worked in most of the hotel´s departments. I´ve worked in Berlin in Kempinsky and Ritz Carlton and also for Sol Melia in Menorca as a Operation Manager.
I love my job and I would like to learn each day as I already do.

2006 - 2008International Sales Management and strategy of the new chain of Eurostars Hotels. Create the new International Sales Department in Argentinien, Mexico, N. York and Europe. Train all the new staff, coordinate and control of the international sales staff. Hiring groups of vertical management, big companies, tour operation, travel agencies, etc.
Creation of commercial operative procedures at international level. Marketing plans of each hotel, attending to international fairs, workshops, etc.
Commercial person in charge in all the openings of chain at international level.

2003 - 2004Australian tour operator which sales hotels through Internet located in Europe, Australia and Asia, .
To take care of any incident, complains, claim on the part of any client of Spanish lenguage, that has some incidence in any hotel of the world.
To resolve and to offer fast and effective solutions, with the objective to obtain the satisfaction of the client and therefore to improve our service of Attention to the Client.
To transfer the requests, or any commentary from the clients to the hotel.
To negotiate with the hotels at hiring level, to improve conditions of contract, and to increase the number of hotels affiliated with Flairview Travel..
To support to the Department of Reserves, doing of intermediary between the client who makes the reserve through Internet and the Hotel.

Supervisor of the department of hotel leisure, which was simultaneously Club of Health and -Beauty for hotel’s clients and external clients
To control the maintenance and the organization of the swimming pool, to supervise the service towards the client, to verify costs and benefits of the department, as well as the Cocktails Bar of the department.
