Significant sustainable growth achieved from 20 M euros up to 100 M euros, through Brazilian market development and creation of subsiadiary in Chile, and development in Argentina.

The Electrical Distribution Business was dedicated to turnkey projects in sub-Transmission and Distribution for Industry and public companies.

Coming from the existing base in Germany, Colombia, Singapore, Sweden and france, a significant growth has been achieved through creation of subsidiaries in UK, USA, Mexico, Venezuela and India.

Turn Over was of 400 M Euros on a worldwide basis.

Oil & Gas and Power Generation markets were focused and developped, as well as Wind Power generation.
