Negotiated the procurement policy and mentored the sustainability of the new vertical integration business model. Organized marketing campaigns and oriented new product developments strategies. Reported to the Executive Vice President of Commodities and to the Executive Vice President of Abengoa Bioenergy Trading.

• Handled strategic market studies, financial analysis and researched the worldwide market opportunities in the commodities sector.

Analyzed the business viability in different countries in South America, Africa and Asia. Managed relationship with the CEO to ensure the adoption of the strategic business model recommendations.

As company’s founder, managed and headed the overall operations and consolidating the P&L. In charge of 8 to 50 people.

• Developed an exclusive outsourcing for Alcaliber (Abello’s Laboratories: Torreal Group) by administrating the legal opium production for pharmaceutical treatments which annual services turnover worth €400,000.
• Acquired 82% of the company in 2000 and innovated the company to a consulting environmental engineering which provided solutions in Project Management and Services, ranging from conception and design to final operation.
• Achievements: 1) Maximum yields obtained in the history of Alcaliber; 2) Implemented many engineering projects and consulting for Spanish prestigious firms; 3) Designation as an Engineer in the courts of Seville litigation; 4) Opened the subsidiary of Agrogesa "ACG Engineers" in Malaga to manage the Assistance of the Environment Ministry awarded Agrogesa along with Dragados’ Group; and 5) Closure of the company.
