Throughout my entire career I have been focused on IT and telecommunications law. I specialise in complex IT and telecommunications contracts, negotiation with regulatory authorities, intellectual property licensing and protection, electronic commerce and internet legal issues, online criminal offences, privacy and data protection; combining my legal advice with a sound knowledge of IT technical issues. Also, can provide corporate law assistance with substantial legal experience.

I hold a Master Degree in IT/IP Law, collaborate as a lecturer in several LLM in Madrid, and I am one of the co-authors of the book “Spanish Telecommunications Law". I speak Spanish and English.
