- Support Area: Service related to the maintenance contracts: SLAs (Service Level Agreements): desktop, corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, new versions, knowledge tranfer with customer.
- Revenue responsbility of 9.5 mill € over a total budget of 12 mill €
- Headcount responsability of 120 people over a total of 160 people
