- P&L Service & Support

- Service Delivery: Customer' projects: Implementation, migration, optimitation of different Software, mainly ERP.

- Medium term initiatives to increase the profitability of the operations: Methodology definition and implentation, training planning, human resources activities.

- Support Area: Service related to the maintenance contracts: SLAs (Service Level Agreements): desktop, corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, new versions, knowledge tranfer with customer.

- Revenue responsbility of 9.5 mill € over a total budget of 12 mill €
- Headcount responsability of 120 people over a total of 160 people

Responsible of the sales and services operations in the Bilbao area:

- New and Installed base sales.
- Service delivery.

- Short term: plan, review and fullfill presales operations.
- Medium term: define and implement actions in order to increase the efficiency and quality of the presales activities.
- Headcount responsability of 11 people
