Cross-Cultural Psychotherapist with a cognitive-behavioral approach treating adults, couples, adolescents and children. Dr.Arcia has developed a private practice mostly of English speakers from different countries living in the south of Spain. Her experience covers a wide range of psychiatric, emotional and behavioral disorders; depression, anxiety, anorexia, bulimia, obesity, addictions, bipolar disorder, oppositional behavior, hyperactivity, parental-adolescent estrangement, obsessive cumpulsive disorder, attention deficit disorder, separation anxiety... Due to her great interest on cultural influences in behavior, she emphasizes on bi-cultural couples´ therapy where cultural backgrounds have a great impact. Dr.Arcia also collaborates with various International Programs in different universities in Andalusia conducting workshops, talks and counseling.
