Philippe, 28 years old, born on 04/04/1983 in Rennes (France), ex student of Audencia Nantes, School of Management, and graduate from a Masters degree in Sport management and Organizations.
Willing to develop my existing skills, I am particularly interested in project management (leader project), product (product manager) and sales (key account manager). Also, life abroad draws my attention. Indeed, I am currently working for KAPPA Spain with the expatriate status from the headquarters offices in France. This job is a great benefit for me. It corresponds with my goal, which is to obtain the most fulfilling experience possible.
I feel passionate about entrepreneurial; and had the opportunity to carry out a study for the creation of a company (in the sector of wellness).
Together with the skills gained from these experiences, I also feel that sport practices, languages, and international politics are my main areas of interest.
Specialties
The skills I feel I am most competent at are marketing, communication, sales, and the event-driven in the sport environment. However, although I feel confident in these areas, I am able to adapt to other fields and other environments.

As an expatriate from the headquarters offices in France, I am in charge of the development of the collection (Apparel & Shoes) for Spain, as well as global marketing & communication. Here are my 2 missions:
In charge of the adaptation of the French and Italian collections to the Spanish market:
- Checking ranges we can use from French or Italian collections and adapt them.
- Suggesting additional ranges for Spain. The objective is to suggest to our customer the goods they need and have a complete offer for the Spanish market.
- Managing those specific ranges: briefing with target prices, following designs, samples requests, commenting on those, price negotiations, following purchase orders, import and deliveries.
As a second mission, I propose process to Kappa Sport Iberia team to Improve the work relation with KAPPA FRANCE :
- Suggesting process to sales team to be in line with French planning about Special and General Make Up (SMU&GMU): Plan of collections, samples requests, purchases deadline, and deliveries.
- Replying questions on central organization, peoples, process, difficulties on comprehension (languages)...
- Improve Spain IT system with IT dpt from France (system NAVISION and BO).

Managing the sponsorship KAPPA – VALENCIA CF:
- Developing specific collection VCF with the design dept (technical apparel, shoe and accessory)
- Making the plan of purchase order volumes
- Following importation and deliveries to the club
- Meeting product requirements (respecting fabric qualities, measurements, colors, animations, quality of seams and pasting, labeling, packaging, packing and documents …).
Improve and suggest process to Kappa Sport Iberia team to reach on-time deliveries:
- Suggesting process to sales team to be in line with French planning about Special and General Make Up (SMU&GMU): Plan of collections, samples requests, purchases deadline, deliveries.
- Replying to questions coming from the central organization agency, people, process and system difficulties (NAVISION)

From the headquarters office in France, I was in charge of connection with sales force of FRANCE, SWITZERLAND and SPAIN. Here you have my missions:
- Have a global vision on our offer to be able to propose special propositions to specific customers in France, Spain and Switzerland.
- Visit special big customers and propose Special Make Up if needed.
- Reply to all requests from the salesmen from FRANCE and SPAIN.
- Preparation of samples sets, product listing of shop central INTERSPORT, SPORT 2000… and do prices list to sale force.
