i am currently a reporting analyst for IBM customer fulfilment EMEA. i give support to accounts receivables and invoicing areas.
development mostly using brio hyperion and SQL in QMF.

i have a critical mind and i always look for the best or better way to do things - that's also a reason why i'm currently taking on the six sigma quality process course to obtain my green belt.

i am dedicated to my work and always think about client satisfaction first.

my technical skills joined with my management skills always help me to undestand and advise my customers on their problems, finding the right solution to their needs.

i am a native french speaker, fluent in english , german and spanish as i have lived 4 years in each country, studying or working.

i have a very sociable personality and communicate well with all country origins or hierarchies.

i am very curious and always looking for something to do or learn.

i tend to orientate my career towards project management, not people management, but life is full of surprises!
