I’m a human resources specialist with more of five years of experience. As you can see in my profile, I have worked as a human resources from 2005 to now. I have experience as a human resources manager on recruiting, payroll and administration, industrial relations, training and development, and compensation and benefits. I have a good level of english and a little bit knowledges of german.

I believe in the human capital like as the most important value of an organization, and I think that the human resources policies must be focused on integrity, talent management and creativity. For me, there aren’t better HR policy that a policy that believes in people sincerely, creating trusting environments to can get it out the better value of themselves, their enthusiasm for the work and their engagement.

Implement all employee and policy objectives and programs in coordination with the corporate Human Resource Manager responsible for the function (e.g., compensation policies and procedures, payroll and administration, employee development/talent management, and employee benefits).

Compensation and Benefits
Implant compensation and benefits policies, monitoring of salary surveys and job price practices, handle compensation programs and annual review processes, support development and implementation of internal grade structure and salary bands.

Payroll and Labour Relations
Assessment above payroll and administration process and legal questions. Analyze, interpret, and administer all labour agreements. Develop labour agreement language and negotiating objectives. Promote and maintain positive relations between the company and local union representatives. Represent the company in labour negotiations and/or provide information and counsel to negotiators regarding proposals. Propose all disciplinary actions involving bargaining unit employees, and ensure these actions are consistent with company policies and procedures.

Development and Culture
Create and apply measures to develop the emerging talent (career plans). Design and implementation performance management systems. Develop and implement bargaining unit employee training and development programs including performance management systems, skill upgrading, and team building. Supervising biannual employee engagement survey. Develop and implant comunication policies and procedures.
