I`m responsible for International recruiting complete life cycle, selection process for expatriate, training needs, review payroll summary reports, tax, visa and other expat issues. Focus Countries:
*Morroco: The plant ISCC of Ain Beni Mathar. The construction of the biggest hybrid solar-gas plant of the World. The real novelty lies in its technology, which combines solar energy with the conventional generation, symbolizing an insignia of innovation, sustainability and efficiency.
*Algeria: Integrated solar combined-cycle (ISCC) plant in Hassi-R’mel. This is the world’s first solar hybrid plant with a combined cycle.
*Mexico: Abengoa to develop concentrated solar power (CSP) plant in Agua Prieta. This will be the first hybrid solar-gas plant in Mexico, integrated with a combined cycle plant.
*Spain: Sevilla -Thermal tower plant
