Open House Spain S.L. est un organisme de location de logements par Internet (appartements, villas, hôtels, B&B) à travers toute l'Europe. Tous nos services sont proposés en Anglais, Espagnol, Français, Allemand et Italien.
Le stage d'assistante marketing consiste en
- SEO/ management des liens dans le marché du pays d'origine: la France.
- Etudes marketing : analyse de la concurrence, leurs stratégie, leurs ranking et les tendances et chiffres du marché du tourisme.
- Partners: Obtenir plus de partenaires pour les sites web et blogs (en Français) du groupe. Négociation, gestion et suivi du budget commercial FRANCE.
- Traductions et encadrement d'une équipê de traducteurs
- Redaction, gestrion et management de 3 blogs secondaires en plus des blogs principaux de la société.
- Creation / optimisation de nouveau contenu en Français : écriture sur les blogs, mais aussi pour les reseaux sociaux
- Soutien du service Marketing
- Online Reputation Searches:
- Ecriture, envoi et gestion des communiqué de presse
- Community management : médias sociaux (Français, Anglais, Espagnol)
Working for the Marketing department
• Travelled and assisted CEO & partner all over the world (meeting agenda/minutes/tasks entries/follow ups/ reports)
• Organised Tradeshows (attendance/flights/meetings/agendas/communication..)
• Keeping good relation with Merchants
Working for the Infrastructure Group, reporting Head of Infrastructure
• Complex diary management across global time zones / prioritising, relaying messages and screening calls as required, organising: ordering currency/meetings / conferences / client entertainment / travels / invoices reconciliation / arranging visas & security risk assessment / process and monitor expenses / recruitment / prepare weekly report for team / team building event, off sites, event marketing/office management (moves..) general admin etc …
• Responsible for internal Audit. Quality control and assisting HR with internal assessments / Interviews
Problem-solving for Project Managers (PM’s) in support of establishing an “independent” level of control. (Part of the tech team who won the European Banking Technology Award)
• On a regular basis, worked with PM’s and all members of the team, to ensure that project deliverables and requirements were met, and ensured best practices were in operation for the projects
• Led action plans in order to control and track milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and actions in within projects.
• Developed the team’s understanding of CMM (Capability Maturity Model) and Quality Assessment and its requirements, in line with the intention of bringing the whole of Equities up to a Level 2 standard – this was a set of best practices based on proven techniques from industry and academia (6 Sigma)
• Reviewed practicability & carefully maintained the complex budget spreadsheet which allowed plans and reforecast to be transparent, controlled escalation management
