Currently in charge of the finance Dept of the growing Holiday Inn Express Spain.

Same structure as the HI Paris République previously (313 rooms, banqueting, F&B)
Role extended as assisting the Area Director of Finance.
- Assist Financial Controller & fulfil his duties in his absence.
- Lead the Accounts team.
- In charge of General Accounting
2003 - 2005- Suprvises the City Ledger & the Income Audit
- Plan & execute audits in accordance with group’s standards, policies & procedures.
- Responsible for the switch of PMS on June 2004 (from Lanmark to Opera) for the finance side (setting up, review of procedures, training & follow up)
- Fulfil Duty Management
2002 - 2003- In charge of the invoicing for the different structures of the Association (commissions, partnerships, fees…)
- Managed the Relais & Châteaux branded products, including purchasing, managing stocks, orders, invoicing, marketing and promotional startegies.
- Set up procedures.
2001 - 2002- Reported directly to the Administrative & Financial Director in the analysis, optimisation, setting up & drafting of accounting and organisational procedures.
- General accounting – Involved in the end of month closings..

- Participated to implement Optimisation Tools.
