2010 - 2011-Manage my sales territory managing and opening accounts in Barcelona Area: Distributors, Hotels, Restaurants, Bars, WineShops.
- Manage a portfolio of more than 2500 basic,premium and icon references: wines, sparkling,champagne, imported spirits ( brandy, rhum, etc.) and delicatessen products.
-Setting of weekly and quarterly goals as well as handling sales & marketing reports.
-Provide customer service and training to clients
2009 - 2010-Prospect new HORECA accounts and partners.
-Increase Torres brand awareness in Barcelona.Area.
-Provide customer service to small and medium clients HORECA - Hotels, Restaurants, Bars and Catering.
- Wine and Food Events( Barcelona, Sitges, Vilafranca del Penedés)
2007 - 2009-Responsible for selling and servicing MICE and Evening Events in Eurostars Grand Marina Hotel 5* GL (Barcelona).
-Working closely with Hotel International / National Sales Managers in contract negotiations and servicing groups as it relates to catering and convention services (Meeting, Congress, Incentives, Sports & Culture Events and TTOO)
-Primary sales efforts are in Banquet Food, Beverage and Meeting Room Rental and may include menu planning, agenda setting, hotel meeting services, hospitality amenities, and special VIP requests.
-Reviewing contract and facilitating communication before, during and post event with the hotel staff ( Food & Beverage, Front Desk, Meeting Room,Transportation) to ensure a 5* level of service.
-Hosting site inspections, maintain strong customer relationships, participate and may lead event meetings, and other staff meetings, and work as a team member with the sales and catering staff.
- Part Time Master in E-Tourism ( UB - Universitat Barcelona) - Online marketing and selling strategies for Hotels & Destinations.
2005 - 2007Responsible for opening and managing French coporate accounts: Intervida, WorldVision, Sidaction, Wolters Kluwer and CEIF.
-Design and manage multiple marketing campaigns (Adquisition, Conversion and Retention) and supports (Telemarketing, Mailing, Emailing and Conavigation)
-Research clients' products, services, plans, competitors and target markets to elaborate briefings and present direct marketing strategy proposals to clients for approval.
-Business travel to France to meet up with leads, clients and to participate in Events (MD Congress 2006)
