Diplômée d'un Dess de Mathématiques et Statistiques, 6 ans d'expérience professionnelle en France et à l'étranger (Varsovie, Madrid) en tant que IT project manager sur des problématiques de mise en place et d'amélioration des process IT et contrôle qualité (contexte ITIL, ISO 20K et PMBoK). En recherche d'un poste d'ingénieur qualité IT, process manager, service delivery manager ou PMO.
2009 - 2010- IT quality: Holcim Services EMEA provides informatics services for 22 countries in Europe and middle-east. Within that context, I was in charge to assess the maturity of the processes in place, and build up an improvment plan. One of the main task consited as well to set up a documentation management system and a tool to automize the tracking of the process implementation and enhancement.
- Reporting: Another strategic project I was leading was setting up a quality Balanced Score Card showing the progress and performance of the processes.
- Leadership: Leading the monthly meeting gathering all the Process Owners, reporting presentation to the Management Team.

2008 - 2009Within the dedicated informatics provider of FM Group, I am responsible to set-up quality processes and key performance indicators (respect of SLAs and OLAs) as well as taking care of budget in a monthly manner.
- Quality: With an ITIL perspective, I am the leader of a quality project gathering 7 persons. Goal of this project is to improve the quality of services supplied towards our customers (both internal and external), which means reviewing our processes, procedures, identify weaknesses, set-up a dashboard of key performance indicators, as well as reviewing use and efficiency of few software connected to the daily job of the service center.
Of course leading of this project includes some marketing and communication around it.
- Accounting: Monthly follow-up of budget, fees invoicing regarding IT services provided and specific developments for all central Europe, budget forecasts for new financial year, P&L dashboard.
- Reporting, presentation during operational committees, communication and implementation of a monthly newsletter.
Cooperation and travels around Central and Eastern Europe (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary and Russia)

2006 - 2008Within the entity "Operational Efficiency Group" of BNP PARIBAS, my work consisted in identifying and modelling various processes, both functional and operational, implemented during an IT and decision-making project, following methodologies ITIL and PMBOK.
- Set-up processes and procedures: identification of steps, milestones, deliverables and stakeholders for each process, definition of operational risks, editorial staff of the associated procedures, participation in writing of SLA and OLA.
- Implementation of a tracking tool with production of reporting and statistics: description of needs, functional specifications, definition of test plans, technical and functional tests, coordination with business for users acceptance tests, training to users.
- Project management: respect of deadlines and review of scheduled plan, relations with project?s sponsor and other partners. Coordination between technical informatics staff and business team.
- Review and optimization of few processes of supplier accounting managed under several SAP platforms.
Professional journeys in UK and works mainly realized in English.

2005 - 2006The Department of ?Studies, Evaluations and Statistics? is equipped with new decision-making indicators intended to assess the efficiency of the led shares (indicators intended for the executive management). In this context, I intervened to design and insure the implementation of decision-making applications.

2004 - 2005Within a team of 8 persons, I participated in the implementation and the deployment of a segmentation method of job-seekers in France. This project aimed at accelerating the return towards employment and at decreasing costs of coverage by the unemployment insurance.
I was brought to realize a study of preliminary impact and return on investment and I was in charge to present results during a national seminary gathering statisticians, operational and business teams.
