I have ten years working experience. Since 2004 I have worked in communication and marketing area in Italy and Spain and during my university studies I worked for 4 years in tourism area.
Thorugh my working experiences I have a good knowledge in:
- Marketing area (online and web marketing, direct marketing activities, organizing and managing the budget for international fairs, start-up of new projects, etc)
- Communication area (studing the corporate image and comunicate it in all over the corporate material, in Internet, etc)

2007 - 2008Communication strategies consultant to luxury clients (LVMH group companies) for marketing and communication promotions: product's launch, company parties and road shows. I especially dealt with: briefing the client, creative idea developing, supplier and venue selection, esimate making, hostesses and tour leaders selection and briefing, final balance making, organized direct marketing:e-mail marketing campaigns, direct mail,etc
2006 - 2007Actively involved in the operations team in organizing events, business trips, meetings and travel incentives.
I specifically dealt with: briefing then brainstorming with the client, estimate making, travel programme managing, negotiationg with the supplier, making and showing plans to the clients, making contracts with clients and suppliers.
In order to achieve the required results, I also managed the operative part of the work: checking and confirming transfers and services, drafting the final programme, managing guests and clients, hostess and tour leader selecting and briefing, personalizing the event (gadgets, welcome package), final balance making.
2000 - 2005Informed, promoted and sold hotel services and facilities. Did follow-up of the clients in the phase of check-in and check-out and manage the complaints. Responsible for the efficient running and amministration of the daily business including arrivals, departures and special requests...
