Cátia Sousa Mano

I am a dynamic, flexible and proactive psychologist with nearly one-year experience in human resources area and one-year and half in consultancy. I am keen on achieving all the objectives proposed through a persistent attitude, and a strong self-motivation to move forward, being also able to work accurately under pressure. Using excellent communication, social perceptiveness and natural leadership skills, which keeps, encourages and supports the colleagues’ motivation, I have been acknowledged for my effective team spirit. Consistently I have been working to achieve the highest professional standards, keeping also a high resistance to frustration, learning new skills and facing new challenges.

My main career objective is to continue to improve skills and knowledge in the human resources area, taking advantage of all professional and training opportunities worldwide, in order to develop myself as a person and professional.
